Fatal outbreaks of anti-resistant bacteria, because of the poor hygiene of the
hospitals. 25 % of the staff were meeting the statutory hygiene standards. Some hospitals
and trusts were running a financial deficit and getting into debt. The funding problem is said
to fail in the next few years that will lead some of the hospitals to close down. There is also a 13 week waiting period for out patient care. The Hospitals are also facing staff shortages, it's becoming hard for them to maintain the nurses. One in 10 patients dies because they are misdiagnosed or they are not given the correct information and inadequate treatment.

Even though alot of the funding comes from the government and also car tickets each year they are spending more and more money and they are having fall outs with the hospitals and some of the employees. Some doctors think they are under paid for the amount of hours they commit to.
